Viking Wellness is led by coaches forged through decades of sport, strength training, and high-accountability leadership.

From competitive athletics and powerlifting to military service and years spent leading others under pressure, the foundation of this work was built long before it became a business.

Today, that experience is paired with modern wellness science — because real strength isn’t just about pushing harder. It’s about knowing when to push, when to recover, and how to sustain progress for the long haul.

Viking Wellness Solutions is led by a small coaching team committed to disciplined training, intelligent programming, and real human connection.

Every coach operates by the same standards: integrity, effort, professionalism, and respect for the individual behind the program.

Bubba brings decades of experience from competitive athletics, strength training, and high-accountability leadership roles developed through 22 years of Army Service. His coaching blends structure, evidence-based methods, and lived experience to help clients build strength that lasts — physically and mentally.

Kelly is a nurse, competitive bodybuilder, and dedicated personal trainer known for her supportive, detail-oriented approach. She helps clients build strength, confidence, consistency, and sustainable habits through thoughtful programming, support and accountability.
