Coaching Pathways

Clients work with us through different coaching pathways depending on their goals, experience, and level of support needed.

In-Person Personal Training

 

Hands-on coaching focused on movement quality, strength development, safety, and long-term progress.

 

Personal Training sessions of 30 or 60 minutes are available, discounts for multi-session packages. Scheduling is completed after onboarding. Availability may be limited. Please ensure you select the correct package when you purchase!

Workout/Training Plans

 

Stand-alone (no coaching) individualized workout plans designed around your goals, experience, and available equipment.

 

Personalized Training Plan based on your individual abilities, and goals, keeping your health and safety paramount. Plans are delivered digitally after required intake is completed. Limited weekly availability.

Structured coaching without a long-term commitment.
