Bubba has spent his life immersed in sport, strength, and leadership. His background spans competitive athletics, powerlifting, combat sports, and years of high-responsibility leadership roles where performance and accountability mattered daily.

Today, his coaching blends structure, evidence-based methods, and lived experience to help clients build strength, confidence, and resilience that carries into every part of life.

Coach

Kelly is a personal trainer with a strong focus on consistency, confidence, and sustainable progress. Her coaching emphasizes thoughtful programming, clear communication, and meeting clients where they are — without judgment or extremes.
