The Viking Clan
All Viking clients — across every tier — are invited to regular community gym meetups at the Atilis, Egg Harbor Township location. This session does not count as a paid personal training session.
Viking Wellness coaches are present for these meetups to offer guidance, technique support, motivation, and community-building. The Clan reinforces connection, accountability, and shared standards across all tiers.

PATHFINDER TIER — Training Only
Purpose-driven training structure — personalized workouts, custom exercise videos, and access to form review support.
Price: $100
The Pathfinder Tier is for Vikings ready to move with intention. This tier provides a custom 12-week training program built around your goals, equipment, and experience level — reinforced with access to the Viking Wellness app and instructional videos filmed by your coaches.
Pathfinder clients may submit form videos for optional technique feedback. Includes HubFit training & habit tracking tools.
Pathfinder clients receive discounted PT add-ons at $45/hr and $25/half-hour, with PT packages available at lifestyle client rates.
EMBER TIER — Nutrition Only
A spark of direction — a one-time personalized nutrition plan designed to ignite your journey toward better health and discipline.
Price: $125
The Ember Tier is where the fire begins. Designed for Vikings taking their first step into structured wellness. This tier provides a one-time customized nutrition plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and starting point.
Includes 12 weeks of access to the Viking Wellness HubFit nutrition & habit tracker. While check-ins aren’t included, clients may ask questions related to nutrition and over-the-counter supplementation.

SHIELDWALL TIER — Lifestyle Coaching (Most Popular)
Lifestyle coaching with strong community support — full nutrition + training guidance, accountability, exclusive perks, and monthly Clan meetups.
Price: $200/every 4 weeks
The Shieldwall is where Vikings stand together — supported, disciplined, and driven toward real change.
Includes full lifestyle + nutrition coaching, personalized training programs, custom exercise videos, weekly check-ins, HubFit habit & nutrition tracking, discounted PT rates ($45/hr, $25/half-hour), priority scheduling, locked-in pricing, and a free Viking Wellness t-shirt after the first full month.
Supplement guidance available upon request. Includes the free monthly Clan meetup with both coaches present.
RAGNAROK TIER — 3-Month Transformation
A 3-month transformation arc — destroy old habits, rebuild stronger ones, and rise as a new version of yourself.
Price: $575/every 12 weeks OR $195 billed every 4 weeks
Ragnarok marks the beginning of your rebirth. Over three months, you’ll undergo a guided transformation focused on discipline, identity, and sustainable change.
Includes everything within Shieldwall — lifestyle coaching, personalized training plan, personalized nutrition plan (updated weekly as needed), supplement guidance, weekly check-ins, monthly Clan meetups, and HubFit integration — plus structured monthly progress reviews to intensify your evolution and discounted personal training rates.
THOR TIER — 6-Month Mastery
Six months of structured evolution — advanced programming, lifestyle mastery, exclusive perks, and long-view transformation.
Price: $1,100/every 24 weeks OR $190 billed every 4 weeks
The Thor Tier represents the pinnacle of strength, discipline, and long-term commitment.
Includes everything in Ragnarok — personalized training, lifestyle coaching, supplement guidance, weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, Clan meetups, and HubFit integration — plus phase-based programming, seasonal nutrition cycles, recovery optimization, long-term goal mapping, priority responsiveness, and locked-in reduced personal training rates.
