How Sessions Work:

Sessions are built around your goals, movement patterns, and training history. We emphasize proper mechanics, progressive overload, and sustainable intensity.

  • One-on-one coaching

  • Technique cueing and correction

  • Progressive programming

  • Integration with lifestyle or Pathfinder tiers

Pricing:

Personal training may be purchased on its own or added at discounted rates for coaching clients.
